Phase 1: Tender and Selection Process
Notice of Vacancy: TAR UMT will post a formal Tender Notice on official channels (Website/Social Media) when lots become available.
Submission of Proposal: Interested parties are required to submit a comprehensive business proposal and all necessary supporting documents before the stipulated deadline.
Internal Review: The Space Rental Committee will evaluate all submitted proposals following the closing date.
Notification of Results: All applicants will be officially notified of the Committee’s decision via email.
Presentation & Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a formal presentation and a Q&A session with the Committee.
Final Selection & Bidding: In the event of multiple qualified candidates for a single lot, a bidding system will be implemented. The final successful candidate will be awarded the tenancy.
Phase 2: Documentation and Compliance
7. Letter of Offer: TAR UMT will issue the Letter of Offer and prepare the formal Tenancy Agreement.
8. Document Submission: The successful tenant must submit mandatory documents as stated in the email.
Phase 3: Renovations and Fit-Out
9. Layout Plan Submission: The tenant must submit detailed layout and renovation plans to the Department of Facilities Management (DFM) for review.
10. Technical Approval: DFM will review and grant approval for the layout plan before any work commences on-site.
11. Execution of Agreement: The Tenancy Agreement must be signed and all required rental deposits must be paid in full.
12. Commencement of Work: Tenant may begin renovation works.
